I come in here very day and the staff are perfect … mena and iqra ( can I help ) Jackie is a super star / shaz great singing voice and always happy they are a credit to the company .. always happy to serve and polite .the best greggs in reading ….

I buy sometimes the vegan products which are in Greggs. I like them even the prices increased recently and I don't like that.Unfortunately drink I can't buy because coke which was my favourite is expensive than other places.In this place I was served by a young gentleman which surprised me how friendly and fast was moving. He made my day. Unfortunately I don't have his name but if everyone would be like him, I think we will not have any complaints in every shop

Greggs positioned in the town centre. Very busy during lunch time but the queue moves quickly. Very affordable and allows you to collect points to get freebies.

Whenever I bought a pasty (vegetable bake) cheese bake from this branch its always ice-cold.Its not like m buying in the middle of the day.I start work at 8 I always go there early morning. Won’t be going there any more. I rather take few steps and go to broad st one!!
