Have booked with Rebecca for a number of years, so friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble for her, always welcomed into the store and she knows what we want from our holidays. Extremely knowledgeable as are all staff at TUI Caerphilly wouldn’t book anywhere else. Amazing service

I always book my holidays via the Castle Court shop in Caerphilly and cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the excellent customer service, they consistently provide. I especially want to thank Andrew and Lynda who today went over and above to help me rearrange a holiday I had booked for the following year. You are a credit to your employers and a wonderful ambassador for Tui.

We have been booking with Becky for a few years now, wouldn’t go anywhere else she knows exactly what we want so friendly and helpful . All the staff there are lovely and friendly and go out of their way to help you. Credit to TUI highly recommend. Lovely shop refurbishment.
