Great little place to go and wait to get loaded onto the ferry. The terminal looked from the inside to be newish. Very comfortable.

Was pleasantly surprised by the waiting facilities. Food and Drink choice is poor. Stock up before you arrive.

Dangerous place for a motorcycle and rider. You are forced to park in a huge, cramped group but expected to leave a lane free so that every vehicle disembarking has to drive through the middle of everyone waiting to get on the boat.Someone will get hurt.

Much better now the passenger terminal has been upgraded. Nothing much here, but toilets, seats and a basic café.

Everything was fine with both journeys to and from the Isle of Man. The food was excellent there was a restaurant and a cafe so no problem there. Also plenty of room as we went on the Mannmanx, very comfortable.

Could do with a covered waiting area for motorcycles, otherwise it's a decent terminal.

Poor signage and poor information, especially for first time (vehicle) customers. The lounge is ok, once you know it’s there. No display information on delays, etc. for vehicle passengers.

Friday 1st Dec got there a little earlier than needed,.Checked in everything running as normal, All the staff were on hand to deal with questions. , Not their fault the ferry left late from IOM, WE all got on board. Happy days
