Cathedral Osteopaths Ripon

I hobbled in to Cathedral Osteopaths with a very painful heel (plantair fasciitis). I had a six week course of treatment with Eleanor Schofield, and left with a spring in my step, pain-free, and very happy. What is more, I have been able to get back in my wellies (not worn for six months) and into the woods. I thoroughly recommend Cathedral Osteopaths, with added extra of a beautiful view of the cathedral, PLUS an excellent coffee shop next door!

Vanessa and Eleanor were amazing throughout my treatment. I went from being in chronic pain for nearly 20 years to no pain whatsoever over the course of three months or so.The treatment needs commitment and it's super important to do the core stability work when at home, but it is life changing if you do!

Felix has been fantastic, after 2 sessions I was able to return to work and stop taking painkillers for my back pain. I would whole-heartedly recommend Vanessa if you have aches and pains! When I had my first consultation and treatment for a back injury, I could barely move and was in constant pain. The osteo sessions really were a life line and enabled me to keep moving and stay at work. Vanessa has used a range of approaches from manipulation to cranial massage and I have genuinely enjoyed the sessions for both the pain relief and Vanessa's sense of humour. The real proof of success of course is that after a course of treatment, I didn't need to go back - although it's useful to book in every few months to ensure everything is still lined up! Best of all, if she cannot treat you, she will tell you and if she doesn't need to see you so regularly she will let you know. I had previously tried other approaches - this is the only one that worked and that I would recommend.

Last March (2016) I slipped a disk in my back & was in total agony Vanessa treated me and thankfully my recovery was relatively quick and I was able to run the Great North Run in September. I am currently having treatment for shin splints, a bunion & my back and although I am not recovered yet I can feel that the treatment is working. I would wholeheartedly recommend Vanessa
