Concise

I have used concise in the past for work and privately.We moved on the 22nd November 2023 from Fareham back to Southsea.From the initial quote with Lyall, to completion of the house sale I found them so helpful and kind with all the madness that goes with moving home.On the day, Sam and the team where incredible nothing was too much trouble, making sure everything was right.Thank you again Gary and all the team for such a great service.Highly recommended.

I'd like to express my gratitude to Concise who on 2nd Oct '23 did an absolutely marvellous job moving me. In particular getting a double-size sofa bed al the way down from a third floor down a ridiculously restricted stairway all the way down at the place i was leaving. Concise just moved my elderly parents. They could not have been more polite or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They did the packing and nothing was damaged and they were very good price wise. They even dropped a few items of furniture at another address on the way to my parents new home. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Concise were recommended to us by family who have always used them, I can honestly say they were brilliant from start to finish. They came round and gave a quote that was very competitive. The team on the day were so nice and friendly and really made the whole process of moving much easier and stress free! Great service! They packed my whole house up very carefully and I was surprised at how quickly my 3 bedroom house went into the van!! Mine was a long distance move and, as I was on my own I was quite anxious about it. I needn’t have worried…the guys were great and got all of my furniture and boxes into the correct rooms at my new house…now all I need to do is unpack!!

The Concise team did a great job in moving and storing all our belongings. We moved our stuff into their storage for what we thought would be 2 months and end up being 9 months. So we were a bit nervous about the state of our stuff when it was delivered. The fridge, washing machine and dishwasher were all clean and worked straight away. Our clothes and other effects were all in good condition. All in all a great moving experience.

Terrible. Entered our property without permission, damaged gym equipment and bullied my wife when they arrived early. Not recommended.

What a fantastic company. We booked Concise at quite late notice and they were very accommodating. On the day of removal they turned up promptly and cracked straight on. The chaps who were completing the move were friendly and took really good care of our belongings and property.When there was a slight delay in getting our keys they were great, we did not feel under pressure and were told to just let them know when we were good to enter the new property.These guys really know their stuff. Would highly recommend!!

We cannot rate these guys highly enough. We've used them lots over the last 20 years but this time we used them to move my parents down to the south coast. They were absolutely amazing! Extremely professional but in a kind and friendly manner. Their communication was excellent and they worked really hard to ensure they accommodated us and worked with us when completion dates kept moving. When things went wrong with the house completion these guys went above and beyond to ensure that my parents' belongings were stored safely and delivered as quickly as they could possibly do it. In a very stressful situation these guys are the calm and all of this for a very competitive price - you won't get better value for money!
