Amazing place to visit this part of the Canal have a good combination of the natural Reserve, Stanley Ferry Boat Yard and a Big white horse pub. With amazing views and walk paths, easily to walk directly to Wakefield or a far walk to Leeds.

They are your friends when you’re giving them money …. Other than that very rude on the phone stopped paying my charity fee to them …. A charity for profit ! Only care when your money is in their pocket … never have resources or money but the people high up are doing well from all this it’s disgusting … your meant to be a charity not thief’s…. Hate canalAnd river trust with a passion of you volunteer you’ve never owned a boat and had to deal with this ridiculous business which it is as it makes money ….. just payed a cruising fee and now it’s not good enough as they want more money !!!!! They will take everything you have
