Ordered packaging to ship vinyl. Despite stated on their web site that these would protect the shipments, they did not and now my small business is dead due to Lil Packaging. I'm also disgusted by the lack of help from you guys. Your costumer service asked if they could replace my packaging if the one they sent was defective." My apologies

Quality stuff, flp mailers save me hours on packing time + ive yet to have a reported breakage. On the 1 occasion I called them I found customer service to be very friendly & helpful. Excellent quick shipping also.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced after receiving my goods late and then faulty. Slow in resolving the issue and the goods still pending collection and a refund pending also. Would not recommend these in the slightest.

I have tried to contact Lil Packaging for advice on packaging but sadly the service was quite disappointing. They were unable to offer guidance for my requirements. They don’t offer samples (whether chargeable or free) and if I decide to return the product, I have to pay for the delivery for the return (which is ok, if everything is done to prevent returns in the first place). I’m not sure if my experience is due to the current pandemic. I was really hoping to work with them but this doesn’t appear to be achievable.

Lil envelops are great for sending artwork safely and environmentally they make sense as can be recycled.After an initial misunderstanding about sizing (make sure you double check all measurements as their A sizes don't correspond to paper sizing) I am happy with this company. They took onboard customer feedback and my over all experience ended on a positive note.Their postage is also very efficient, reliable and quick.

Great customer service, orders always processed swiftly. I've been using Lil LP mailers for over a year now to send collectable vinyl worldwide, and have yet to receive any reports of damage - you're welcome to check out the 100% rating and positive customer feedback on my Discogs store. I could buy cheaper, but I don't want to risk my reputation when sending discs at £100+. These are good sturdy mailers offering excellent value for money, with a positive adhesive closure and plenty of room for extra packing if necessary. I've recommended them to friends who also now use them. I just wish the vinyl I'm buying would always arrive in Lil!
