Jason at LT Drawing services did an excellent job for us. He clearly understands his profession and in particular was helpful in his understanding of the local council planning department, and handled this very well and professionally.

Jason is very good and got our plans through planning and building control first time.

Did not end up using Jason in the end, but couldn't have been more impressed. Very fast response to queries, came well prepared to the site visit and very knowledgeable. Had to go with someone else as we were on a strict budget and someone else had an unbeatable rate, but their fees/rate/charges are also competitive. Good company from what experience I had.

I cannot recommend Jason highly enough - he has drawn up the plans for an extension and garage for our home. He did a site visit and talked through the options and my ideas and then went away and produced fantastic drawings. I have subsequently made numerous changes ! and Jason has tweaked and amended and again made suggestions for better lay out and flow. The drawings are of such a high quality even the a builder friend of mine has commented on the quality. The plans were submitted by Jason to the council and he was available within a day of emailing with answers to my questions and queries. such a great guy and fabulous service. Highly recommend - also gave an up front price and stuck to it.
