My grandad used to come for holidays here to give my nan a break but she too would often join him absolutely amazing fabulous place .they always loved it there.would recommend over and over again . absolutely invaluable place .thank you for all you do

Spent a respite break with my husband who is severely sight impaired. Wonderful staff ! The amount of care shown by them all from the moment your designated driver collects you from home is outstanding. We can’t thank every one of them enough. Very sad that many dedicated staff are unable to move to the new premises.

My grandfather, Maurice, has been a resident of Blind Veterans for nearly 3 years and it is such a relief to know he is in such good hands. The staff are fantastic, really caring with the human touch and very down to earth. Briliant facilites too and spotlessly clean. Even before he became a resident my grandfather visited a few times a week to have lunch and go on days out and made some good friends. Thank you everyone at Blind Veterans for looking after him. You're doing a great job. xx

The moment I walked through the door, I felt enveloped in love and knew that my father would be looked after with the utmost respect and professional care. I arrived full of trepidation at handing over 20+ years of care and left feeling a great weight had been lifted from my shoulders and with a smile on my face as I knew he would want for nothing. Heartfelt gratitude to ALL the wonderful staff.
