Have been impressed by their clear communication and responsive support.The Reverb G2 launch was tough all round (thanks to HP) but from what I saw around the world SystemActive dealt with it better than anywhere else, with timelines, updates and a consolidated support page with guidance and information.

System Active just have zero customer support. In all likelihood if you purchase something from this company you'll get your item as expected, but if you ever need to speak to them to sort out an issue, then you'll just receive silence.I would be wary of spending any significant money with these people.

Order a reverb which eventually turned up, so all good right? No, this hasn't really been a smooth experience.Ordered at end of AprilGot several emails blaming delivery delays on some internal issuesThen these got sorted, but it was too late for Friday delivery so was asked for £30 for Saturday deliveryBut this was a mistake and Saturday delivery would have been for freeExcept nothing turned up on SaturdayOn Monday I got an order completed emailExcept I still got nothing deliveredEmailed support... No answerNo tracking information providedOn Tuesday, more than a week after I placed the order, I eventually got the reverb...Really hope I have no issues with what I bought as from what I have seen I wouldn't trust this company to be able to handle the problem.

We started using System Active as our hardware supplier around 12 months ago and I cant fault them. Dom, our account manager is simply brilliant, anytime I need a price on something, he comes back very quickly and if it’s not in stock, he’ll suggest suitable alternatives or go out of his way to source the right one and secure it.Very impressed, so much so, that they are now our main go to supplier and I can’t see this changing.

Thank you so much for helping me find the perfect computer for my son! After my initial inquiry, a lovely young man called Harrison, contacted me immediately with full details of a PC that will be ideal for my gaming loving 12 year old.All queries where quickly dealt with, and within the week, the PC had been ordered, built and delivered! One very happy boy in my household!!Harrison rang me up on the day of delivery to ensure that we were able to install the PC and be on hand for any technical questions I may have with regard to the installation.Once again, thank you so much for your help and expertise and will definitely be recommending them.

I am very impress with System Active supplies. I always buy PCs, Laptops and other IT Equipment’s from System Active, which was reasonable priced, The delivery was fast even with the lockdown in place. I placed my order on the 30th Apr and received it on the 2nd May. Amazing Support & Service. The shipping was also reasonable. I would recommend them and I myself will definitely order from them again. Thank you.

Quite possibly the worse company I have ever dealt with. Failed to deliver my item. Then proceeding to blame me for not acting sooner even after I have explained at least twice that I was sick with a liver function issue. I sent emails immediately once I started to work out what had happened.So I am say here today after receiving yet another email blaming me for the position. But I am the customer that has been without the money I paid for the product, without the actual product, and some useless customer service guy telling me it’s my fault and he’s “working on it”.You only need to do a small bit of research to see my case is not isolated. I would be ashamed if my company provided such a terrible service. But then I have standards. Clearly they do not.EDIT: The reply speaks for itself. The delivery company washed their hands of it, System Active clearly cant be bothered to do anything about it, so here I am the customer, still without my money, and still without the headset. Thats all you need to know.And by the way, regardless of my liver function issues. I still managed to keep emailing both companies to try and get this resolved. Incompetent is probably the best word.EDIT: over 6 months, no money, no headset.

Ordered a HP reverb g2 on launch day that was early July, full payment was taken with a promise that it will be with me by Sept! Pandemic hit and it was delayed untill Dec 1st, unit arrived the same day as 3 friends but the unit wouldn't work with a rtx 3080. Asked how to return the same day took 2 weeks of emails for it to get picked up, both my friends also had there's picked up on the same day the 14th December but no refund for me and both my mates have had a refund. Had an email to say sorry for the g2 launch here's £50 to say sorry but it was denied! Phoned and emailed over the last 2 days with no response. So I've been hundreds of pounds down since early July and I've lost countless hours just trying to return a product that was not fit for purpose.
