Absolutely awful.This place was by far the worst ever Starbucks experience I have had, I have been to this branch twice both with appalling service ( I was hoping my experience would be better the second time but it was even worse) the staff seem to not be not the brightest since on both visits the order was completely messed up, last time i visited i said very carefully (after the bad first visit) for a dragonfruit frappe but for some reason i was given a vanilla frappe? also got 2 caramel frappes which tasted bland with hardly any caramel at all. they also charged us bloody £21 for 3 drinks? the manager was very rude and even though all starbucks i have been to are all dog friendly with welcoming and kind staff the manager then proceeded to kick us out because of our dog? We asked why our drinks were £21 and they added a random drink of what looked like some funny frothy liquid that was warm which we definetly had not ordered and also had charged us 70p for a pup cup (the smallest pup cup i have ever seen) which is ridiculous as pup cups are free? we showed the manager the starbucks website which literally says pup cups are free and she responded oh they are?" but never gave us our money back for that or the weird bubbly warm milk which we never ordered. they used the excuse they arent actually starbucks and are owned by some other company? completely miss leading . all together

I’d avoid this particular Starbucks. I had a bleach blonde woman with a bob at the drive thru. She’s obnoxious, condescending and rude. Face like thunder and started arguing with me about a white chocolate mocha frappe with hazelnut syrup saying it’s not on the menu. I thought people in customer service jobs were meant to be ‘happy to help’ lol. The complete opposite.

A massive THANK YOU! To DAVID at the Ashton Starbucks who made me the best hazelnut latte (let me taste abit first then absolutely converted me!). He was absolutely outstanding! Exceptional customer services, real empathy towards my little boy who has autism, understood where i was coming from, accomodated us with upmost respect very pleasant and cheerful to speak with (service with an absolute SMILE!!) and a real aabsolute Starbucks, just what you need thr right kinda staff for the job! (David even came over to us to ask how our drinks were and if there was anything else he could!!) Amazing! Couldn'thave done enough for us made us feel really comfortable and at ease....He deserves an absolute payrise and 5 Stars for his Exceptional customer services! Great comms and fab understanding and listening skills, nice and chatty made our new year ! Definitely coming back here as our first time at this store....Hope to book in 2022 on the back of David personality! Top Man!Thank again David for your kind pleseant service. Visit this Starbucks every time I'm in Ashton because my friend is obsessed. The favourite for us is a Java Chip Frappucino with cream. Out of all the times we've visited, I think I've only ever had one instance where the drink was made with care, it's always watery and without chocolate sauce. We normally order at the drive-thru and the last time we went not only was our frappucino watery but for some reason after a couple of minutes of waiting at the window, I was asked to wait at the bay even though there were no cars behind me. I don’t think my friend and I were doing or saying anything inappropriate so it made us super paranoid and now very reluctant to go back there now.

Called in this morning waited about 10 minutes at the counter. After not even been acknowledged that I was stood waiting I walked out. Had to give food a zero because I wasn't going to wait for four staff ignoring. Joke won't be going again. Will go back to my original Starbucks at lord Sheldon way staff there are very good. Maybe take your staff there show how it is done.

If zero stars were an option, it would be that.There two girls and a guy (who claims he is management) who have NO IDEA how to run the place. You’re waiting 15 minutes in a two person queue just for your order to be taken. The drinks are almost never right from amount of shots to size to hot/iced preference.I’ve had my coffee made with normal milk when I requested oak milk- it’s a good thing it’s a preference not a necessity as they didn’t tell me until I asked.They are horrible, have no customer service skills and will whisper at you and then shout at you for not being able to hear them.Awful awful place with even worse staff.

Pleasant atmosphere, nice enough staff, been here a few times but only had one nice flat white, the others have been poorly made, they need to train the barristas properly ( I'm fussy over coffee). I'll still come but only for various versions of a white coffee, as that seems to be the only thing served, shame.

Ordered large latte, to stay in.Drink 1: small latte in takeaway cup.Drink 2: after mentioning I ordered large, drink 2 arrived at counter end - a medium latte....Another discussion about how I hadnt ordered large, they checked the til... Large latte...was the last order.Drink 3: a large latte cup filled half way.Sometimes you just have to let people have the victory.#FirstWorldProblem

Today I was in starbucks ashton asda. A small boy was sick on the floor. The mother asked for paper towel to clean it up. She was given some but no garbage bag to put it in and had to carry it through the store to put in the bin at the other side. Even though they knew he had vomited no one came to mop the floor or wipe the table or chairs. Have we learned nothing from covid about how diseases spread. Someone else came and innocently sat at the table and will probably now be wondering where they picked up the tummy bug they have.
