I could not have been happier with my experience at Appliance World. Not only were they the quickest to respond to me when I was enquiring about several different items for our house refurbishment, but they were the most competitive on price and the most helpful with it.The real test comes once you have bought the goods and you have problems; this is really where Appliance World came into it's own. It felt like a John Lewis" level of customer care with absolutely no quibbles about fixing problems. I never had the feeling that they would try and be difficult

Great shopping and after sales experience.Reviewed by Elaine WI needed to purchase 7 appliances for my new kitchen and after checking out many online retailers found the vast choice of appliances and competitive prices at Appliance World to be just what I wanted. They were quick to respond to my bulk discount enquiry and had all my chosen products available to order. When I placed my order there had been a price change on one of the appliances but they honoured the original price which was very decent of them because the price had been a special deal price which had ended. The order process was easy and delivery was arranged on a date convenient to me, its nice to have an indication of delivery time slot so there was no waiting around all day.Appliance World proved they cared after sales also. 8 months after delivery of my appliances the integrated washing machine developed a problem which was as a result of a manufacturers fault and when I spoke with Lydia at Appliance World she dealt with the manufacturer on my behalf resulting in a new machine being delivered and installed to which I am very grateful. Lydia even phoned me at the weekend to make sure I had been informed of delivery of the new machine by the manufacturer.I would highly recommend Appliance World to anyone.Having experienced the services of many online retailers I can honestly say Appliance World are one of the best.

I have ordered a Bosch fridge for the new home through Appliance-world.co.uk, their pricing was so competitive, and it's significantly cheaper than John Lewis, Curry etc, in my case it was 30% cheaper. Arranging the delivery date was seamless, and Lydia was very helpful, simply email them and she replies in 5 mins. On the scheduled delivery day, the delivery man was extremely helpful, he did more than extra miles to help ensuring everything was done properly and put everything at the right place. Thank you ever so much to Appliance-world.co.uk, I already look forward to shopping at it again.

This is the 2nd time we are doing a purchase in this store and the service as well as the support is really amazing. We had a problem with our cooker lately needing a immediate change; problem sorted within no time. thanks a lot! this is definitely not the kind of service that i have ever experience in shops like Curry

I ordered a Fisher & Paykel hob from Appliance World who had it at an excellent price. Ordering was simple and delivery was quickly arranged. Sadly I had to cancel as it wouldn't fit in my worktops, but even that was a hassle free and pleasant conversation. I would definitely order again.

I needed a new lightbulb in my microwave and was amazed that it needed an engineer visit to change it,I called Appliance World who were very helpful and arranged for the engineer to come and change it. Great service.

Cheapest price on the Internet. Ordered over the phone, I live along way from their store but washing machine arranged for delivery in 2 days of order. It arrived on time with helpful delivery staff. All in all very good experience would easily recommend to all my friends and family.

Avoid this company it complete waste of time. Charles was very unhelpful, ignorant and rude. An extremely painful person deal with.-Received a quote from them which is over £4k order, I was told they don’t accept Paypal payment because of the transaction fee (But they do accept PayPal on their website).-I was told I need to make the payment by UK bank card. I had to transfer the fund from foreign paypal account to the UK account.-I was told the billing address have to be the same as the delivery address. I am buying these appliances for my new house NOT the current house. This is not unusual. You need to realistic Charles.- I had to call my bank to change the address I received confirmation. I called back the second day to make a payment. I was told it was “unsuccessful.”-I was told I need to pay it by BACS transfer now.- I called my bank; they told me the transaction was successful. Even give me the authorisation code. The bank did everything they need to. It totally up to the company to accept or reject the payment.- I called back to Charles again asked why you reject my payment and wasting everyone’s time. He told me the address is not matching. I need to send the BACS transfer. I triple confirmed with my bank everything was correct. That was a ridiculous excuse. Sample fact is they don’t want to pay any bank transaction commission.- What a time-waster. What a nightmare. I don’t trust this company. Never experiencing this painful shopping experience.If there is a choice, it would be 0 starts.

1. I was told that the microwave was out of stock 2 weeks after I made the order. And they only told me this when I called to track the delivery time. Completely didn't mention this when I first time called to order.2. Terrible delivery experience. The courier they used are some tiny small unprofessional company called RE Courier" (Seriously?! A delivery company in a name called re-delivery?!). They didn't try their best to deliver in the first 2 attempts. Didn't go to my concierge when my phone was in use. And in the third attempt
