Toni and her colleagues were so professional on the day of my step father’s funeral.His funeral was very difficult for us to accept totally. We was given 100 and ten % on the day. The funeral went extremely well. Peta the celebrant was delightful she formulated a story about Colin’s life and spoke about it in such a dignified way. I can't recommend Wm Dodgson & son Funeral services enough. From the first phone call informing them of my dads death, to dropping us back at home after the funeral, was handled with utmost respect and dignity for my dad and our family. Andy was an absolute gentleman, and all the staff that we came into contact with were very professional and respectful. Anna the celebrant was also a pleasure to share memories of my dad with and she did an excellent job bringing those memories alive. Thank you Dodgsons, and especially Andy.

Our mum passed away 1st April & my sister & I had never had a funeral to arrange before. We called in at Wm Dodgson on Lupton Avenue unannounced & were immediately made to feel welcome by Helen.All the arrangements were done that day with David who was so helpful & understanding.From that day until this this week when we scattered mum's ashes David, Helen & Denise have been in constant contact every step of the way. Mum had a lovely send off & I'm sure she would have been proud. Thank you for all your help. I'll definitely recommend your services in the future.

My experience of Wm Dodgsons was a very positive one . We were advised well and kept updated all the way through. It made a difficult time much easier. The day of the funeral was heavy snow but once we arrived at the crematorium everything ran smoothly. I would like to thank David for stepping in when the celebrant couldn’t attend because of the weather. He did a great job at short notice . Also mark and the team guided us through the process. I would also like to thank Makela for her help as well keeping us up to date and giving us good advice. I would recommend Wm Dodgsons to look after you at this difficult time

We couldn't thank Dodgsons enough for the professional service shown on our recent loss. Makela was extremely polite and has a very caring nature. She assisted with all our requests, was prompt at responding to queries and made us feel at ease through this hard time. David also on the day ensured everything was as requested, the flowers were outstanding and David and his teams professionalism shone throughout. Just found out that relatives have been to view my Dad. But his immediate family haven't even been notified he was ready. This has really upset my mum, very annoyed about this..

Excellent service by Dodgson. Following the passing of my mum, they were brilliant from the start. When they called initially to collect mum from her home, Andy and Paul were immediately compassionate and professional.We then met with Andy to discuss arrangements. Again, the feeling was that he really knew what he was doing and that he was dealing with my mum as a person rather than just a body. Whilst it’s natural to worry about whether everything will go to plan on the day, Andy instilled confidence and I knew it would be alright. He also suggested a celebrant, Vanessa, who met with us to find out about mum and then delivered a lovely eulogy at the funeral.It seems a little strange to recommend a funeral director as we all hope that we don’t have a need for them anytime soon but I have no hesitation recommending Andy and his colleagues at Dodgson. Absolutely great throughout.

From start to finish Toni was exceptional. Was available all the time and genuinely made every effort to ensure the day went smoothly. In fact all the staff we had dealings with were professional and compassionate in everyway and went over and above to ensure that all our families cultural and spiritual needs were catered for. Cannot fault any aspect and we were able to send our mother without any worry or stress. Forever grateful to you all.

We have used Dodgson's a few times the latest being for my Mothers funeral. They were very kind and caring and full of good advice about making arrangements. On the day of the funeral they were really professional and again very kind and caring. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Michelle from West Kirby branch was absolutely amazing from start to finish, both my sister and I could not have been more looked after. We recently lost our Mum and Michelle took care of everything on our behalf, nothing was ever too much trouble. She is professional, compassionate and extremely helpful in everyway.
