My customer experience was great considering I have never used this company before and this is what you remember and not the price But you have to pay for quality and this is what you get from Moores Upholstery. I really had nothing to go on as I did not check out their reviews before using them. However I have to say they have saved me even more money in not having to purchase a new three piece sofa. Its like a new sofa and I got them to change the cushion seats as well. Cannot praise them highly enough and will definitely use to replace the cushions seats on the 2 piece sofa as well in the new year. The work is also guaranteed for 3 years which is a added bonus.

No more will I ever buy ready made sofas from the high street multiples - I have discovered Moores Upholstery - a secret I should keep to myself but that would be an injustice to Martin, Neil, Phil, James, Hayley, and Claire at Moores - al of whom we are involved in the design, choice of fabric and supply of my sofas! Part way through the construction, I was invited into the factory and encouraged to test the sofas. I was able to choose firmer base cushions, make the back cushions smaller and increase the height of the sofas! Now that's what I call bespoke! After the sofas arrived, I decided I wanted them altered so that I could swing the L-shape left to right or right to left. The team could not be any more helpful - I was concerned that they may say nothing could be done now that they were made but that is not the Moores way! They were only too pleased to help, took the sofas away, gave me some loan sofas and returned in short time with the superb sofas. Oh - and the price of all this? In my view, no more than I would have paid for ready made sofas! So don't all rush at once as I 'm thinking of having them make some chairs for me!

Our sofa and armchair were over 25 years old and well worn. We couldn't make up our minds whether to just replace it or have it reupholstered. We visited various shops looking at new sofas but didn't see anything we really wanted. We decided to go look into reupholstery and made an appointment with Moore's. We were given informative and professional advice from Nikki Bull and James Moore. So we had our sofa & armchair reupholstered and what a transformation! We're delighted with our 'new' furniture and happy that we decided to 'upcycle' and not replace!

We sent our sofa to Martin Moore for reupholstering on the recommendation of a friend. What returned was totally unrecognisable! Our battered but much loved sofa was transformed into a chic designer sofa for a fraction of the cost. It had to be made to get down the stairs of our basement so they suggested cutting it into smaller pieces then reupholstering and putting it together once in situ. I was a bit dubious to say the least but looking at it you would never know. It's really comfortable and looks fantastic. From ordering to delivery to constructing on site the whole process was totally seamless. We couldn't be happier.

We had our large comfy old sofa re-covered and were nervous about the outlay for re-upholstery. However, we felt Moores was a well established company worth trusting and are delighted with the job they have done. The re-upholstered leather sofa is stunning and looks more high-end than most new ones. Service was super-efficient too, so great work team.
