From start to finish the staff were friendly, honest, relaxed and trustworthy. Found the car on autotrader and made a trip up north to view the car, along with a few other similar models at other garages. I got a great feeling as soon as I got to the garage, as I had a good chat with the staff which made me feel comfortable. I was left to view the car by myself and was never pushed to buy the car like at some car sale garages. I was trusted to have a test drive on my own(due to covid) and I fell in love with the car and it has been a dream ever since!Would recommend the garage to anyone looking to buy a vehicle because as well as my car being everything I wanted, the staff made the process so simple and enjoyable. I bought a Vauxhall Astra 2010 plate at the end of August 2020. The team were great with letting us test drive the car, sorting out a dashboard light and putting it through an MOT ready for us and cleaning it inside and out before we picked it up. I love driving it! Would recommend this company when buying a car.

Bought a used car from these guys (sorry, I'm terrible with names!) yesterday & they are pleasure to deal with. No nonsense high pressure sales pitch trying to flog me extra 'services' & very professional throughout the whole process. In the end I did however take up their excellent 12 month's warranty cover as it seems very comprehensive for the price. Cars are very throughly checked over before sale (as they should be). They gave me a fair price for my trade-in & I'm 100% delighted with my new motor! They say they've been in business for over 16 yrs, which is a good sign! They don't have a massive stock of cars on site (but maybe they store other cars elsewhere), but from what I saw, what they had were in very good condition so assume they don't just buy a bulk 'job-lot' of car stock. I can highly recommend them without hesitation.

Was really happy with the car (2010 Toyota Auris SR valvematic) that I bought. Andy answered any questions I had and arranged finance and delivery for me as I couldn't travel due to covid restrictions. It was a used car so its not showroom condition but generally speaking it was really clean and in vgc and priced accordingly. Has a full service history and drives as you would expect of a vehicle with 80k miles on the clock. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and to WCV for an efficient and trouble free experience.

Bought a car from these guys there was an issue that didn't fall under warranty. But they still sorted this out for me and was happy to help. Great customer service highly attentive. Would recommend.

Cannot fault them, held car for me for over a week, let me take my own time to look around it, carried out work prior to purchase to ensure car was safe even though it was made clear that car was a part ex that was being sold as seen. Could not have felt better cared for or that my business was more valued even though it was probably the smallest value sale they had all week.
