Very smart supermarket. The plants for sale outside were of good quality. Some lovely food available and friendly staff. You often see classic cars in the car park too. ❤

My usual place to shop, but recently the lack of products variety and empty shelves has been quite disappointing. I appreciate that they had a fire recently and some products have been difficult to obtain but for example there were virtually no herbs choices of coffee has been reduced and much more. On a plus note the staff are fabulous.. what's happening waitrose?

Just charged my Mum for parking 15 mins over time ... when she had gone back to the store to shop!!Too many companies praying on the older generation for an easy buck these days!!!Car park charges for shopping in your own store? thats disgraceful!NO STARS!

The staff are helpful but that is all. The way the goods are placed around the store is awful, nothing flows as it did before. The goods on the higher shelves for some items are impossible to reach if your under a certain height. I used to shop regularly, or my son for me, but we are seriously thinking of going elsewhere.

The staff could be alittle more helpful and i know it was first thing in the morning the only staff that said hello was the female staff
