Bodens College of Performing Arts

I have attended Bodens for years and just joined their first year of college, and it is the best decision I could have made. As well as everything being fun, we gain quality insight and training around the business most of us want to progress into. My confidence has improved massively and I couldn't be more comfortable here.

Our daughter has thrived at Bodens like she would have never thrived anywhere else. We not talking just academically but as a human being. She has thrived because the school has given her the space to develop and work hard with incredibly talented and committed role models, and most importantly, a space to be herself. And when she is herself, she is the best.As parents we will be forever grateful for the school's dedication to helping her be the best version of herself. We let our daughter follow her heart, and now thanks to Bodens she is following her dream.I would really recommended to those who are willing to work hard.

I’m currently a year one student at bodens, and deciding to audition for the school has been such an amazing decision for me. The knowledge that we are learning here is great, the teachers are great, and the whole school is just a really great community. If you’re interested in performing arts then this is the place for you.

I've been training here on the third year foundation course for just over half a term now and honestly could not be happier. Training in fully equipped studios just a couple of minutes away from west end theatres that we have already taken trips to see shows at is something I feel so lucky to be able to do. At Bodens, I've been challenged and stretched by teachers more than I ever have in my education so far, but in a way where I feel supported in everything I do and recognised for every success. Having come from a huge secondary school and sixth form college, it's brilliant to be in small classes where I feel that every tutor knows me and wants me to do well-be it in taking my next steps towards my future or improving on what I performed last week. There's a brilliant sense of community here with staff and students alike and I look forward to coming in every day. I could not be more thankful to be training here :)

Joining Bodens College of Performing Arts, was the best decision I ever made. Over the 3 years, I received extremely professional Actor training from qualified teachers, including industry professionals, that were always extremely willing to share their passion and help young students, who didn't choose the A level route, grow to their full potential. I admire the extra time they put into every student and the number of doors the open, offering the best opportunities possible.The moment I walked through the front door at Bodens, it felt as if I had gone from home to home. The effort in making sure everyone knows one an other, in the intimate space they provide is so special, even 4 years down the line.Thank you Bodens, for everything. x

I am currently in my second year of college at Bodens College of Performing Arts and my past year at the college has been an absolute joy! From devising a piece of Theatre in Education to performing in a theatre with a capacity of 400, I have done it all. All the teachers present are extremely helpful and make me feel at home in a safe environment in which I feel I can grow and develop in Performing Arts. Any student looking to go on to drama schools, there is no other place I would recommend as Bodens provides the top acting training for up and coming performers.

My daughter has just completed the 2 year Extended Diploma in Performing Arts at Bodens and I cannot thank all the staff, especially Adam and Katie, enough. My daughter has received expert teaching and had a wonderful range of experiences and workshops over the past 2 years. She has grown in confidence, technique and skill and I am so pleased that she has been accepted for a place on the Gap Year course. The shows are top class and evidence of all the hard work of staff and students. I have seen some really interesting and innovative theatre, which has given my daughter some amazing opportunities to stretch and challenge herself and explore multiple disciplines. The staff go above and beyond, showing their commitment and dedication to equipping young people with the acting, singing and dance skills to move on to next level. Superb! Would highly recommend Bodens College of Performing Arts.

My time at Bodens has been incredible. The training is the best i’ve gotten anywhere and I have also been taught so many life lessons. This college allows you to be yourself and to collaborate with so many other creative individuals. Bodens has helped me get into Drama School first time round and I 100% would not have been able to do it without the training and endless support i received from the teachers and students. I have gained so much confidence and feel as if I am ready for my future in the entertainment industry and I only have Bodens and the teachers to thank :)

Ever since coming to Bodens my confidence and performance skills have improved so much , as well as learning something new everyday you also get to develop relationships and connections with other pupils as you work creatively together throughout the course in a safe and welcoming environment. Bodens gives students the opportunity to express themselves freely and without judgment in order to grow as a person.

I'm currently in my second year at Bodens College and despite a good portion of my study time having been online I am still enjoying it. I have progressed as a person and performer thanks to the excellent training and all the amazing people who work and attend the college!!
