Went to look for a panel van. Good selection of vans. Helpful and friendly service with good knowledge of vans on stock. Eventually brought van. Based on available stock and service, would certainly recommend

Bad experience from start to finish. No communication at all on their side after ordering a vehicle, I had to keep calling every few days for updates. The vehicle was delivered on 2 hours notice without hearing anything for days, meaning I had to leave work in the middle of the day to recieve it. Van was delivered without any signage being removed as promised, numerous small issues that I wasn't made aware of (plastics cable tied on, fuel cap lock broken, blown bulbs), the poorest standard of valeting I've ever seen and the icing on the cake.. the engine management light was on. I immediately called the dealership and was told I should take the van to my local garage and send them a quote for any repairs (more time out of work to deal with that) which I have done and am yet to recieve a penny.

Awful customer service, first van they had advertised they said its to high milage to finance, agreed on another van on the same phone call, accepted for finance said they have reserved it for me, said they will ring back, waited 3 days they never did, I rang and got told that the van they had reserved me was gone!, they said they would have another van coming in 5 days later lower milage and they would reserve that for me,they said as soon as it goes through the workshop they would ring me send pics ect and get it sorted when they ran i waited the 5 days they never rang, so again I rang, they then said that van had gone again and they would have more coming in the following week so they would ring me back, I said if a van can't be sorted when I was on the phone to them for the same day or next day then I wish to cancel all enquiries, the women on the phone sounded like she did not care, always spoke with a different person and explained the hole situation over and over and not one person in tried to get a van sorted, not even had a follow up call or nothing! Poor customer service!!

Spoke with john, he sorted out everything with the van, absolutely over the moon with the service and the van, quick delivery and the van is immaculate. Would recommend to anyone wanting a van with full mot and serviced.Robert GibbR Gibb Fabrication and repairs ltd
