I've dealt with this company for quite a few years now and I can honestly say they do their best to make sure the customers get what they want. The staff are friendly and professional. Plus the good news for me if anything happens they aren't that far away to speak to face to face, which is pretty rare these days.

I've just wasted 3 or4 days looking on the internet for a company to renew mycar insurance, with the confidence of getting a good deal and have a clear head andnot think have I done the right thing. The lady I spoke to, Jayne, was excellent. She went above and beyond her job description to help myself and my daughter. She did exactly what she said she was going to do and then more when that didn't get the results we wanted . Even though they couldn't better or match a price we'd been given by another provider, I definitely would go to her again, the service she gave was outstanding.

I have used A-Plan for my house and car insurance for many years and can HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.Richard Groves is a friendly and helpful manager who always gives great service and advice. The result is that insurances are very competitive, always with trusted insurers, and the policies are tailor-made to individual customers.Standard checks and questions have to be gone through in this H&S besotted age but Richard makes this process almost painless and the end result is good insurance at highly effective rates and cover. Thanks!

Can not praise this company enough, after a very complex need for car insurance covering an Australian driving license, the young man that death with it was brilliant as we're the other people in the office. Very friendly and easy to approach highly recommend them for any insurance you need no matter how difficult the situation. 100% satisfaction.

We recently recieved excellent service from Richard Groves who from his phone number we assume is based at Kidderminster. Richard was professional but above all patient and easy to understand, unlike some other companies who speak so fast they are difficult for we OAPs to follow. On top of that Richard found us a great deal! We will definitely use this company again.
