Rude staff, ignorant, boss left the shop after saying we could transfer the money (which then meant we couldn’t) but they didn’t tell us till ten minutes later. Refused to give us a receipt (so child in care could claim money back). The child specifically asked for two lines in his hair, when he reminded barber about which he grunted and put the apron back on him. Will be taking him elsewhere next time

Normally come here all the time for my son but wont be going again due to being over charged for a child today normally costs me 8 pound and a random man who i never seen before charged me 10 for a 0 back and sides and a small cut on top and he told me they only charge 8 for a 'normal' haircut and a 0 isnt classed as normal!? Hes still only a child and that is absolute rubbish! This man was also very rude and i could see he kept getting frustrated with my child every time he moved! So they have now lost my custom il go elsewhere

I walked in Saturday afternoon for a haircut to be turned away and told it was appointments only. The other guys waiting said does that apply to us and get told not.Got 2 friends to call up and ask to book an appt, only to be told just walk in.Reported to racial equality commission for investigation.

Would have given 0 stars if it was an option. I am warning all college students that even though the website says students haircut £8 I was charges £10 after providing my student I'd card. The man who served me was also very rude and confronted me for even asking for the discount won't be going back.
