I Was served by Scott at Reigate. I believe he was new to the role yet you would never have known.. Enthusiastic, but not pushy, Scott was thorough and gave me all the information relative to my purchase. I will visit Richer sounds soon for my next TV purchase largely on the back of Scott's great Customer Interaction..

Made a call and spoke to John today after an appallingly poor customer service experience from a well know alternative electronics and home goods provider in Crawley.Richer Sounds couldn't have provided a better service from the moment of the first call to going to store and getting not just the 2 items we originally wanted but a complete setup of devices and hardware.Helpful and knowledgeable advice, suggestions on products and went to so much effort in the whole customer service experience.Huge credit to the store and even more to John, thank you very much.It may seem small to just be doing your job but it makes a much better Client relationship and will get future business and recommendations your way!

Once again, impeccable service from the team at Richer Sounds Reigate. I had an issue with my AV amp, and they managed to fix it on the spot.Not only did they fix the issue with my AV amp, but I also came out of the store with a full Atmos speaker setup!My thanks to the manager Ian for all his help and expert advice.

I visited the Reigate shop last week to buy a new turntable. Ian gave me loads of great advice especially about upgrading my speaker cables and positioning the speakers. The turntable arrived today. V easy to assemble having been shown in the shop. It sounds like I have a completely new hi fi system even though my amplifier and speakers are twenty years old! I am now returning to my 40 year old vinyl collection as well as my CD’s with excitement. I would recommend anyone to go to this shop rather than buy on line. I was in the shop for an hour and a half….learnt a lot! Thanks Ian for your fantastic advice.
