Visited berkeley head office site as I have interest in a new property, ample parking, very welcoming receptionists, spoke to susanna who helped me with as much info as possible on a new property development area in Slough. She was very welcoming and showed me plans with as much info as possible Inc plans and diagrams. I hope I get what I want. Comms between sales team and head office is exceptional as neha shingadia sales consultant emailed me to acknowledge visit

Unfortunatley we purchased a flat in Reading (Kennet Island) it seems there are multiple issues with residents who bought their properties in good faith having to purchase deed's of variation to be in a position to sell their property. We have been chasing the Berkeley homes legal team for weeks and we risk losing the sale. We have had no response - there are at least 7 other residents who have complained about this.
