I can't stress too highly what a professional trustworthy organisation this is. We had a major (but unpredictable) issue with a vehicle which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Avoiding what could so easily have been a horrible experience.

Brought a kia off of them, the day I took it home I have been having trouble with it, every time I contact them I get told to drop the car off and they will take a look, when I pick it back I get told there is no problem or they have sorted it but nothing has been done, I am a mum of 4 children I need a safe a reliable car. They are in willing to help of even give me my money back so I can go else where, do not get anything from them. They clame to know about cars there don't have a clue.

If there was an opportunity to give 0 stars that's what it would be. Sold my partner a kia very recently, head gasket gone, charged £1000 for the car and rather than answer any calls has blocked my partners number ! Mate, if you are reading this, he was only gonna ask you to try help fix it. He wasn't even gonna complain.

Would give 0 stars if possible, very poor. Bought a BMW 3 Series in early December, car broke down couple weeks after just before Christmas. Tried calling, no one picks up. Called from my Son's phone and finally got through, they said there's nothing they can do even though i had purchased the 6 months warranty. Now starting legal procedures through lawyers. Avoid EP Cars Sales at all cost, they are heavily protected and shielded by Autotrader.

BE WARNED! Cars sold from this trader are cheap and in our experience not fit for the roads! Looking at other reviews, (taking away the reviews from his family!! Others have experienced similar issues with their purchase. My advice take a mechanic with you or arrange AA /RAC inspection. That's if you really want to take the chance!

made an appoint on Tuesday for 1pm Friday. I went to the internet to get the details etc to find the car I had made the appointment for had gone, but no phonecall to me to say it's sold. Good job I checked otherwise I would have had a 90 minute wasted journney. not impressed if that's how it starts

Seemed friendly on the phone but when asked to look at more than one car was told I was only able to look at one. Got told I would get a phone call back in the morning to confirm an appointment slot but no one ever returned the call or responded to my message. Obviously didn’t want my custom so will spend the money elsewhere.
