Michael Smart at Arnold Clark Kia in Aberdeen was very helpful and friendly (and patient, given all the questions my wife was asking him about the car :) ). Michael was very professional, but it was very clear that he cared about our satisfaction and was very good with our little boy and made us all feel very comfortable. The whole experience was quick and easy, and there were no hidden surprises.I would highly recommend Michael. Five stars!

Staff at Arnold Clark Kia in Aberdeen were all very attentive and we were made to feel welcome at the dealership. We dealt with Michael Smart who was both efficient and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. The test drive was arranged quickly and we were left on our own to try out the car. Following the test drive the deal was negotiated in a frank and pleasant manner. One small detail about the car was incorrectly stated but, when Michael realised this, he contacted us immediately and a satisfactory solution was found.

Bought a car and originally left a good review.During test drive the light for tyre pressure came on. After making Alex Hadfeild aware of this at point of pick up I was assured that the issue had been fixed.Whilst away in Inverness for a holiday the light came back on. Made Alex aware via email of this issue and being told they would get it in for the tyre to be replaced (which I originally asked to be done prior to agreeing to take the car)A whole week went by with no email to confirm when this would be done. After pumping tyre up at local garage over the last week.A 20 minute drive and the light came back on after only resuming tyre up YESTERDAY to the photo attached.Currently stuck 20 minutes from my house with no way of getting home. Called Arnold clark and has taken them 30 minutes to return my call.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE.UPDATE!!!After getting to the garage I was then in roundabout terms told by the sales manager that there was no issue with the car before it left them (even though there was warning lights indicating that there was an issue with the tyre during the 1st initial test drive) and that the issues must have happened within the 10 days of me first owning the car. Unbelievable that a sales manager would try to shift blame onto a customer after their staff were told several times during purchase and then when the first light came back on the dash.Attitude of Sales Manager was also shocking, did not seem apologetic in the slightest, rude, and smirked during certain parts of the conversation.FINAL UPDATE!!!Massive thank you to the general Manager Corbin Walker. Managed to recify issue and take steps to ensure all was sorted with car, really went above and beyond.

We just replaced our family car after having it for about 10 years. We weren't sure what we wanted exactly and it took a couple of days and test driving a few vehicles before finding the right one for us. Mike was very patient with us and stayed back past his time on every occasion to try and help us. He is friendly and affable and clearly enjoys his job which he is very good at. We are delighted with the car and the service we have received. Everyone that we came into contact with in the Kia showroom was friendly and chatty. It was a pleasurable experience.

First class service as always. I am glad I chose them as they have provided excellent, professional and quick job. The service team are amazing and make me feel confident that my vehicle is in a safe hands. Would highly recommend this branch to my friends and family.
