Inverness Taxis

While traveling in Inverness and the surrounding area, we used IT Taxis exclusively. Why?! Because every driver we had was wonderful! RICHARD was our first driver from the train station to our hotel and he knew the family that owned it in the past and had some interesting facts for us to continue exploring. The other drivers, while we didn't get their names, were all so personable, friendly, accommodating and made our trip! Really ... shout out to all of them ... Our driver who took us to a Distillery then returned to pick us up, another gentlemen who told us the story of his journey to Inverness and finally a wonderful gentlemen, embarking on a new career path and new family announcements ... seriously! We had so much fun with these drivers, they made our experiences just that much warmer. I'm keeping their card because I plan to use them again! Thank you to all of them!!

Taxi was late by over twenty minutes.I had to drive my wife to her appointment.The taxi driver (Kazimierr) phoned us twenty minutes late asking why we weren't there.He was told as he was over twenty minutes late we had to leave.On my return I found him blocking my driveway with his blue Mondeo wanting ten pounds.I had to get very aggressive with him after asking him leave politely.A blatant attempt to intimidate us into paying.Really says it all when you are twenty five minutes late as a professional and then block peoples return to their own home.Absolute disgrace. First class service, thank you! Got a lift to Inverness Train Station from Inverness Airport, and she was a very courteous, talkative, and professional driver (who even refused a tip!). Would be happy to go with this company again.

Excellent service, first class. Easy to book. Our flight arrived earlier than expected at Inverness Airport, however not a problem as the taxi driver was waiting in arrivals with a board with my name on. Very highly recommended.

Gavin Johnston, the director of this companey, seems to be a polite man with good intentions. However this man is very angry and not very good at dealing with people. I have seen him today get flushed red with anger when disagreeing with a customer about customer service standards. I know the people there

Horrible office service, man in the office started shouting at me in the phone when enquiring about the licence plate number of the taxi multiple times. Had to call the office 3 times and still never got the licence plate or car information.Granted I was on the opposite side of the building, I still need confirmation of the car and licence plate before entering a random car in the street.None of their text messages give you the licence plate and you're expected to just go into any random taxi on the street without confirming it's the right one.The only way to find the licence plate is a link in their text messages to a website that doesn't even load.

Great experience tonight with Inverness Taxis. Despite my delayed flight arriving into Inverness, my driver Adil was there and waiting - friendly and professional. After a long day it was just the kind of great customer service you need. Thank you!

I had booked a wheelchair taxi to take my elderly mother to Fairways to celebrate her 88th birthday. My mother who has demensia was hoping it was the nice driver who makes her day and teases her and treats her with dignity and respect. She remembers his face.He phoned us to let us know he might be running late, . He arrived almost on time. I found out his name was John. He is a credit to your company and I just wish we get him all the time. Thank you John you make a difficult situation so much better.
