I have bought an Omega Seamaster from P&H a year or so ago and this time purchased a Speedmaster Professional. Have to say absolutely fantastic service from Matty and P&H, great product knowledge, no pushy sales just great customer service and a fantastic product. Highly recommended, over the bigger operations like Goldsmiths etc.

We liaised with Sophie over not one, but two engagement rings as the first just wasn’t quite right. What could have been a difficult situation was handled amazingly by her and the whole business went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.My fiancée is in love with her forever ring and we have no hesitation in recommending or returning to Pleasance & Harper.

Saw a watch, was wanting to give my old watch as part exchange. Photos requested and sent, model number requested and sent…… heard no more from them. All in all a very poor service.

Absolutely over the moon with my new watch, I purchased the Seiko Presage SRPC97J1 ”Fuyugeshiki”. I had been sourcing a watch to wear for my upcoming wedding (fingers cross Covid-19 does a runner by then), my original choice from another manufacturer was in short supply and out of stock, so did many hours, days and months worth of research for an alternative. When I came across this watch I could not find it anywhere for love nor money (didn't want to buy preowned), then I chanced upon Pleasance and Harper, they had 1 in stock, and with a shop at home discount code, WOW it was actually eligible on my item. I quickly purchased it before I missed out and as its limited to 7000 pieces I was sure I would never be able to find it again. The transaction was smooth with delivery updates and order confirmations a plenty. This was so reassuring as I didn't know how long my item would be, or if it was in stock, but tick those boxes, it was in stock and it was due out next working day, special delivery and with a tracking number. Its a smooth sale like this that really shows how well a company is run and under these circumstances you have excelled, so thank you guys.

Purchased my Omega via online order very good customer service on the phone and watch arrived with adjusted bracelet as requested.

Cannot fault their online service. Bought 2 Tag watches from here and arrived promptly with some a few chocolates too, a nice touch. Always skeptical about buying things online but this is a very reputable and safe place to buy from. Not to mention their cheif of security is an dog which is hilarious.

Purchased F1 Tag watch on a Friday night. Watch arrived 12:30 Monday! Fantastic pricing and service from Pleasance & Harper. We viewed the watch locally and then ordered from here as they had a discount on at the time. Shops we were in were saying don't order on the web". There is NO issue ordering from Pleasance & Harper

Thanks to Lee helping sort my online order out, the watch was cheaper here than online too with flexibility and adjustments still working inline with covid restrictions. He's sorted me out with a pin on a watch before when another mainstream jeweler's couldn't help where I'd bought it form.
