Completed a scent workshop today with my 18mth Sprocker. No pressure, just lots of rewards and fun. We absolutely loved the whole morning and it has given us some great games to play with Tilly. Thank you for your continued support.

I contacted Julia to help me with my lovely dog, Buddy, who is reactive and anxious around other dogs. I am new to the area, and Julia was just as keen as I was to give Buddy the very best start!We took advantage of the four weekly reactive training sessions, and I am so happy that we did! Like many puppies growing up through covid, Buddy is a sweet boy who is unfortunately easily overwhelmed when it comes to other dogs, and I was having issues with him lunging and barking towards dogs on his walks. Julia was able to help identify some of the triggers for him, as well as give us some methods to manage his reactivity. Most importantly, she helped ME to relax! Walking had become so stressful, but she helped me to understand that the only way for Buddy to get through this was for him to know that I had his back.Buddy is a much happier dog now, and whilst we still have lots of work to do with his anxiety and fears, he has successfully made new doggy friends on his walks, and when he does have a 'freak out' I now know the best way to handle it.Julia is a lovely trainer, and a very kind person who is sympathetic towards both dog and their owners, and I really recommend giving her a call!Thanks, Julia :)

I attended one of Julia's rocket recall sessions with my boy Enzo about 6 weeks ago. We did several exercises and have been putting them into practice on a daily basis since. Thank you Julia, Enzo's recall has vastly improved as a result.

I employed the Puppy advisor to train our new Puppy and have to say she was excellent in all aspects , training our puppy my wife and myself, not only a professional trainer but also backing it up in writing for the forgetful , well worth the money and a very nice person to boot.So a BIG THANK YOU TO JULIA!

Owning a puppy for the first time can be rather daunting, with so much to learn, and this was made so much easier for us from Julia's clear methods regarding recall and loose lead work. She is excellent in her delivery of vast knowledge, and so clear, and the training is fun! We feel much more confident with our pup after having some training lessons. Highly recommended!

Julia was brilliant! Bertie, our Labrador needed quite a bit of calming down and training to recall, greet people and other dogs appropriately and walk well on the lead. Julia covered everything in her sessions with a professional and friendly approach. She provided emails and documents after each session and was always completely present and focused on each task. Small groups. Very informative and fun! Learnt so much in such a short space of time.

We recently embarked on the foundation behaviours and life skills school, a 6 week group session course for puppies. Julia is an excellent teacher, very patient, kind, and clearly extremely knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of dog training. My puppy Mr Pip is a very lively and strong willed little Jack-a-Poo who was very keen to attend each week. I loved the fact that every aspect of Julia's training, including recall to loose lead walking, is based on positive reinforcement, using reward based training techniques. Julia was very positive and encouraging to all owners and pups throughout. We have come away with lots of learning to consolidate and instructions to refer to in the clear, consice handouts we were given. Thank you!

Julia has been a great resource with our dog Jimmy from behavioural classes, appropriate treats advice from a puppy to adolescence. We have also attended a couple of group workshops which have been excellent. Most recently the scent workshop was a great morning, lots of learning and a very happy tired dog!

Cannot recommend Julia enough, her classes are fun and informative. We have a 9 month old that needs help with his recall and Julia has made this actually seem reachable! Her knowledge is amazing and you wouldn’t even think you’re learning with the amount of fun and confidence she brings. Best money we’ve spent oh helping our pup.
