My child would get told off for no reason and got treated badly

I’m not one for writing reviews unless something really blows me away and wow this nursery does just that!Long story cut short my little boy transferred here from another local nursery as he wasn’t happy. From the moment I stepped foot into Lawley Day Nursery I just knew it was the right place, friendly staff, a bright colourful space for children to explore, clean and welcoming. Since my son has started here he is so happy when I collect him, telling me all about his day and when we get home he is so different, before he’d be very emotional, hungry, thirsty and irritable but since being at Lawley Day nursery he comes home really relaxed, happy and his normal self. As soon as you arrive in the morning the friendly reception staff always greet us. Hand over at pick up is great, everything about your child’s day is documented and you are given a good run down of their day. Before coming here I was anxious but the reassurance I’ve had has been great. I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone at Lawley Village Day Nursery for being so welcoming and providing amazing care!

Our Son loves it here, lovely staff that take good care of him and he always goes in smiling.
