very rude unfriendly young staff and the tinest cup of coffee - very poor value. cross the road and go to the older style cafes they know how to treat customers

I have had few moments now with some of the staff and now I have discovered the owner are rude to customers; on errors over the customer’s order which can happen. But It’s the attitude to receive is the disappointing part especially after supporting them through covid.Coffee is good though.

Very rude permanent staff. By being a regular customer I would welcome a more friendly attitude or at least polite behaviour. The coffee shop opposite is much more friendly, cosy, with very good and tasty choices of food and drinks , space for buggy etc.

Hampton is very friendly place and I do like local coffee shops for nice people that work there. A good cup of coffee is like a small science and can be easily spoiled. This is the only place around that knows how to prepare a good coffee and it seems that lots of people noticed. Their breakfast selection is very small, but quality is again very good.

Consistently good coffee and food. Well priced.Visited numerous times since, coffee (especially) and service still top notch.Not yet been for cocktails on the weekend - hopefully soon.(Edit: 2023) I have since been for cocktails in the evening and it is affordable, they are well made and there's a big selection (10+) available.I didn't try the nibbles/food they do with the cocktails, and the atmosphere was nice with couples, friends and singles enjoying the evening.

best coffees and team ever!!! friendly, funny, and they make the kind of strong, warm, vibrant coffee that wakes you up, doesn't burn your tongue and has flavour, all whilst being a delight to chat to while I procrastinate work on my laptop? we love it! Hampton's finest!

First visit, went early and enjoyed a very nice cocktail and a shared platter with friends. Very small inside, limited seating although there was also outside seating. Nice for a drop in but not for the whole evening, I found it a bit claustrophobic when all the inside seats were taken, including us (3), there were 5 other people. Not sure if there was a larger seating area at the back or nor.

Bacon and egg roll is awful, inedible, cheap produce and all cooked in microwave… was in a Luke warm ciabatta not a roll.. waste of £3.90. Had to bin itCoffee wasn’t bad.. wont ever go again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone* definitely the right cafe, just moved nearby for work. I still don’t believe anything was cooked fresh and entitled to my opinion on your produce.. I don’t appreciate your mickey taking tone towards a potential new customer to the area regarding the ciabatta. Your not going to win customers over with that attitude especially when the cafe across the road does an excellent bacon and egg roll!

Its small and comfortable and the coffee is not bad. Few pastries which taste like they are probably from the Cavan bakery opposite. Has an annoying habit of shutting early despite saying they're open to 5pm. Result is you don't feel that welcome...
