I don't want this to sound negative because I love to see smaller local businesses doing well, especially when the only other place I could see open in Launceston on a Saturday was Costa! If they want to survive then they need to up their game a little. With only 5-6 tables in the café and being very quiet, you'd think it would be easy enough to keep the place clean. My partner and I sat at a table which needed a wipe as 2 were occupied and 2 still had used plates on them. We asked for our table to be cleaned as there was food on it. The young lady in there simply sprayed and then wiped the food onto the floor and walked off. She then cleared away the plates from the other tables but left the spilled food on the tables (it was still there when we left some 40 minutes later). There was also what appeared to be a yoghurt/sauce spillage on the floor by one of the chairs that was left there for the duration of our visit.We were pleasantly surprised by the prices on the menu and thought it was very good value. £5 for Savoury waffles which consists of 2 waffles, 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon and maple" syrup was very good! £2-ish for a nice sized coffee

Dog friendly inside and out.2 tables outside and 5 tables inside all seating up to 4 people and two seats near to counter (total seating 30 but no toilet for customers. Surprising as under Local Government Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1976,I would think they have enough seating to provide toilets). Some customers came in asked if toilet and left)Boss breakfast £5, great value. Additional tomatoes and mushrooms 50p each more were small portions and not really worth it.

This place is a gem. Extremely well run. Friendly staff. Good food at cheap prices. Don't forget to try the Boss full English. Just £5. Eggs Benadict £5. Anazing

Great food & coffee at a very cheap price, they have vegan options, gluten free bread, decaf & oat milk. The manager is very welcoming, hard working and efficient. Lots of customers so people seem to love it. Just a wee bit chilly in the cafe but that's easy to fix. Recommend!

Lovely welcoming cosy cafe, with a great selection of meals to choose from. We were looking for a late breakfast and this place was a gem! Any breakfast for £5! BARGAIN! Food was well presented and very tasty. Looks like a very popular place as we were lucky to get a table. Definitely worth a visit

Atmosphere a bit dampened by a bloke on the next table coughing his lungs up....However, an excellent 'full English' for a fiver! How do they do this? Amazing value. I'll be back for the American breakfast next time!

Lovely, small cafe in Launceston. Especially like the breakfast list. They've made it so everything for breakfast is £5.What you're served with is good value, and tasty, and doesn't take them very long to get to your table.Staff are always pleasant and greet you with a smile.

Such a lovely, pleasant place to enjoy a hearty, affordable breakfast. I visited here early November and could not believe the prices. Breakfast was such good value for money.£5 for a full English. There was a lovely atmosphere. A group of ladies had met for breakfast and were sharing their tales and having a good time, there were older people enjoying a nice pot of tea and then there was us with our young pup, over the moon to find somewhere so inviting. Two young men who were serving that day were so approachable and happy going about their day, even smiling to themselves whilst making the coffees. It was simply a lovely experience.
