This branch of City Plumbing Supplies have been looking after me and my business now for a good few years. Every staff member has helped me in one way or another. I usually deal with Rob who works on the spares desk. Rob is brilliant and does absolutely everything he can to help me and my customers get the spares and boilers when we need them. His knowledge is great and you always know that when he says it can get it, he always will. Its hard to go anywhere else. Great branch and great staff.

Brilliant very friendly service throughout. Tracey, Rob, there was a tall lad who answered questions about the wastes and their delivery guy, all were so helpful.They were able to beat prices for most of the suite, got the shower on sale, ordering from them was easy. Tracey went above and beyond sourcing a vanity unit. And very accommodating in storing everything, especially when I had to move delivery dates. I was also able to see the taps, toilet and bath I wanted and sit in the bath, make sure it fits me, not just the room.
