Aqua Sana Spa Wiltshire

Great experience. Staff are very professional and helpful. You are welcomed with a bag, towel and rob. The venue itself is very clean and well maintained. Changing rooms slightly on the small side in the gents, with one communal bench in the middle which I would recommend needs a redesign for more privacy.If you are interested in having afternoon tea this is required to pre-book! I was never advised this on the booking or arrival which if it needs booking it should be offered/suggested. Fortunately the waitress was very helpful and sorted this out.

The actual spa was so lovely, there were so many rooms to relax in and the overall atmosphere of the place is just so calm and there’s so many different scents in each room!I would say that there should be more private changing rooms, there are 2 benches to change on, the whole room is quite open and not very private, there is only 1 private changing room.The facilities are all kept clean and the toilets, showers and the whole spa is just genuinely really nice, it all feels quite expensive and luxurious (which is expected for the price you pay for the service)They give you an aqua sana bag, robe and towel that you can use on the day.However, the cafe seems to be understaffed. The food took a while to come out, we had lunch at 1 and it took 40 minutes to come so it took an hour out of our spa day which was a bit disappointing. The portion sizes were quite small for the price you pay for them. Additionally, there aren’t too many options for fussy eaters either.

Since the spa was updated, the experience here is much more relaxed and relaxing. There are less steam rooms than before and more rest areas, which, in my opinion, is much better. Two hot tubs have also been added. The food offered for the full spa day is limited but portions are plentiful and tasty. The price has increased a fair bit but it's still very good value for money. Just wish I could afford to visit more often.

Paid for Full spa day with a friend.Service terrible... they wouldn't accommodate simple requests of some greek yoghurt with my croissant!Waiter actually went to the kitchen and asked the chef if I could have some and the answer was no!Couldn't believe it!Food not very nice at all just average.Not cooked fresh.Just do twilight spa not full day.Facilities okay, people so annoying and talking loudly in steam/sauna rooms which was very distracting when you are trying to zen and relax!Terrible drive from Hampshire -traffic awful...

Designed for the masses. Some of the relaxation rooms were very tacky with plastic plants and painted fibreglass rocks. The massage was terrible, the worst I've ever had, very obvious that the therapist had no interest. Food on offer was burnt, dry and stale. Receptionists were great. Very disappointed especially as this was for a 50th Birthday treat. Filled in feedback form and did not hear back.

I can't find a spa like it without having to travel a lot further. With lots of different rooms offering lots of different experiences in varying levels of heat and humidity, there is something for everyone and lots in between. It's in a very relaxing location, with forest everywhere, every view is lovely. The restaurant is very pleasant with lots of options and good sized portions and the spa treatments are delivered very professionally. The only slight detriment for me was the swimming pool is soooo small, I would have loved more places to float. For others the absence of a decent pool would be no big deal given how much else you get here.

By far my favourite spa, they have a great selection of saunas, steam rooms and more. Could easily spend all day there!

Amazing time this evening (12/7/2023) at Aqua Sana. There's about 25 rooms to experience and I loved every one of them. The chill out rooms are so cosy and snug,blankets provided too for that extra snugness,you could easily fall asleep where it's so relaxing. The chill out music is very calming in these rooms. Highly recommend. Well done Center Parcs. See you again soon.

It was the most relaxing birthday trip that we’ve ever had. All of the spa experiences were unique and well designed. The employees went above and beyond for us and due to that we had the most amazing visit. Will definitely come back soon

I have stayed at Centre Parcs many times and used the Aqua Sana everytime over about 20 years. But this was the first time I have gone for a whole one day experience. And I wasn't disappointed at all. Easy parking, close to the spa. Clean and tidy. Lovely welcome on entry from staff who talked us through our say and gave us times of treatments that were included. Changing rooms clean and tidy and easy to use large lockers. The spa is calm and quiet, many areas for you to relax in steam rooms, saunas, Jacuzzis, treatment rooms. Areas to sit outside as well as any quiet rooms to just sit and relax. Phones are discouraged and adds to the day, when you can clearly see people totally relaxing. We had breakfast on arrival and lunch with drink and bubbly too. The treatment was a full mind and body massage which was delightful. My friend and I were quite sad to leave but have vowed to return as soon as possible. In my opinion it was a fair price for what you get as there is not as much on offer at many other spas. We'll done as per usual Aqua Sana amazing as always!
