Second year with our school and I am very happy with the photos. My kid seems to have a good time taking the pictures and I always have a couple of options to choose from. Last year, both photos were so good that we had to get both.

Great service overall, with the unique photo cards, and of course the photos. However overall, the prices for the photos are far too expensive, and charging £20 for a digital download is just silly. But as with all things related to school, it is a monopoly system where you either pay the prices or lose out. Prices need to be lower. Simple.

I absolutley love this company. They visit my children's school every year and I always order a massive value pack from them. My daughter is very shy but she always feels comfortable when she's at school. I would recommend them happily.

HiNot a bad website.I think that your large sets are acceptable value - except we do not want that much stuff. Some might, but some might also calculate that it is better value and buy even if they do not want the extras.I only want a few photos, wit a cardboard frame. Yet your more standard sets that come with only a handful of photos, and especially your build your own, are very expensive considering the contents and considering what you charge for your larger sets.

Even though the choices of packs has improved over the years and now with the addition of the ‘make up your own’ pack option, but if you have a large extended family and more than 2 kids it gets very expensive and fiddly trying to get the best deals for Xmas gifts at the right price! Keep prices down, or have more options with multiple photos especially in the gift ranges! And please remove the minimum spend before allowing items to bought in the gift section it gets hard choosing who receives the plain ones and who gets the gift ones! Plus frames for the smaller size photographs as well please! But overall quality good and website easy enough to use! Thankfully!

I put a framed school photo in my basket £13.50 only to find when I checked out, the minimum spend is £15 so I have to order something else I don’t want in order to get my child’s photo. The cheapest item is £6.50 calendar which I do not want so it’s such a waste. Will be going to landfill just to rip parents off. So actually have to pay £20. RIP OFF.

Would be nice if it were easier to mix and match images and sizes. Digital option should be standard with all packages its 2023! Image quality looks great, hope print is too. Christmas tree ornament is a great idea!

Every year the photographer who comes to deBohun school does the sibling photos portrait, and when I order the photo it arrives in landscape, which looks odd! It would be nice to have my children side by side. It looks nicer to me. Just a suggestion.

I like the pictures but I wish you could make the kids look cleaner. Nose or hair. Just asking them to clean their noses or just brushing their hair to the side to make them look presentable would’ve been nice. I like the fact we had options to select from. Also could you kindly make it a bit more affordable. Appreciate that
