Had a heating issue with my BMW 4 Series, guys at Paddock appreciated the fact I needed the car sorted asap as I had a 400 mile drive the next week. Service was first class, mechanic came to speak to me about the problem what caused it and clearly explained the solution to getting it sorted and the cost involved. The car was sorted in no time at all, I would not hesitate in using Paddock Motors again and would thoroughly recommend them

My BMW 4 series, suddenly showed a message about the breaking system.I was going up to Birmingham two days later.They very kindly fitted me in at such short notice.Friendly staff and exceedingly helpful as I thought it was the rear pads that needed changing.They helped me a technophobe how to go through the menu and found it was the fronts. I can’t express my thanks enough to these guys.

This is the first time I've felt like I've needed to write a bad review, I'm more than disappointed with this garage's service. I had my car booked in for high oil consumption diagnoses and asked them to perform a compression and leak down test to pin point the source of my engine's oil burning. I had booked this service more than 3 weeks prior and left the car with them at 10 in the morning and they had the car all day.I phoned them less than an hour before they closed to see if they had completed the job as I hadn't heard anything from them. I was then told over the phone that my piston rings where bad and that I should come around to pick up the car. When I arrived they said that the service was free of charge and gave me the keys. They hadn't even done anything to the car and without performing the tests I asked them to do there is no way they can come to the conclusion piston rings are the culprit. They also said they'd need to strip the engine to discover the issue which is blatantly wrong as a compression and leak down test can identify the issue and takes 30 minutes.I think they must've forgotten about the job or been to busy to do it, and instead of telling me they hadn't tested it they made up an issue and sent me on my way.I have heard great things about this garage and was looking forward to them pinpointing the issue so I could get a rebuild booked in with them, but all I got was 3 weeks waisted. This customer service could be a one off but I'm most certainly not coming back, disappointing.(edit, I've now taken my car to a local garage who have performed a compression and leak down test only to discover that I don't have an issue with my piston rings and that it is instead my valve stem seals. So not only did Paddocks make up a fault without testing, they were also wrong and gave totally false information which could've cost me if I'd listen to their diagnoses)

My car broke down last week on the way to my mother-in-laws and needed the turbo replaced. They managed to fit me in and get me and my family back on the road for the price quoted. The customer service was brilliant with a huge knowledge of what was needed to get my car running again so there was no extra costs. I am very pleased I went to paddock now my car feels brand new I totally recommend these guys.

ANOTHER RIP OFF GARAGE!! , work is finished to very low standards and rip off prices. Customer service is something they don't have was ripped of for £165 after I had to look at the break down of the bill (Originally £207) and to find out the job wasn't even completed correctly (I would brand them as thieves). Receptionist Richard has no clue what customer service is threatened me with solicitor's if I post a bad review and unfortunately looks like his management back him up. Such a shame a garage I once trusted has just turned into a kwikfit.

Excellent all round. Had a Chassis Warning message on my 5 series the day before needing to make a long journey, and they kindly squeezed me in at the end of the day, diagnosed and fixed the fault (suspension not self levelling), and all for very reasonable price. Have also used recently for major service, again all very satisfactory and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend

Very responsive and keen to help a customer as soon as possible, in my case me and my BMW X4. I am sure as good as if not better than the local Exeter BMW franchise, but less costly and super convenient for anyone in East Devon. Speak to Glen, all will be well.

I wanted to say thank you for some good old fashioned good customer service. We were heading up to London the day before Christmas and the garage was closing at midday for the holidays, but the person who answered the phone said bring the car in we'll take a look.Not a small fix but they did it and got us sorted for the trip.It's the small thing that retain a loyal customer base.Thank you Richard. Took my car in to these guys for diff oil and smg fluid change and a general check over, they found the vanos to not be working correctly, they inspected it and split an o ring whilst reinstating which left me with an oil leak, this wasn’t leaking before as I collected the car from Oxford with no problems.When I rang a couple of days later to ask for the diagnostic fault codes for the vanos fault to look into the issue myself, the manager was extremely rude and told me ‘ he’s very busy and I’m lucky to have a life which allows me enough spare time to look into my cars problems’ and then hung up on me.

Paddock Motors recently replaced my 1 Series brake pads and discs, plus fitted a new battery. Am very happy with the work completed, the price and the excellent customer service. Glenn is an experienced knowledgeable BMW man with lots of good advice.. I will be back..!
