Extremely happy with Dougal and Harris’ first groom today. Came in with two cockapoo puppies, 3 months old, for their first groom and both puppies came back spectacularly happy, smelling lovely and had a fantastic first trim. Both look like show dogs now and are two handsome wee puppies. You can tell excellent care was taken and I know both will be back as regulars. Thank you, gents!

When you enter Thornbrae, Ronnie and Jim welcome you as if you were entering their home and I immediately felt he was in caring hands. They made a wonderful job of grooming Truffles. Jim told me that he had not groomed a Bolo before, so he had been online doing research, which really impressed me.I am definitely going to be a repeat customer and delighted to support a small local business. Thank you so much for looking after my boy so well.

We had our family dog Amber in today to get her hair cut. We highly recommend Thornnrae Groomers. From initially phoning them to seeing Amber after her hair cut they have been so professional and we can’t wait for Amber to come back. Keep up the great work.

Your van driver cut my mum's car off on M74 at night, between Carlisle and Lockerbie, northbound. Your driver did not have right of way. My mum had to brake sharply to avoid a car accident on a 70mph motorway. Both my mum and my wife were in the car. If you are going to merge into an overtaking lane, you wait for a safe merge, not cut in when you are driving far slower than the overtaking lane. Dangerous driving this business has.

Had an appointment for 2 o'clock on saturday 4th june turned up to find place closed with no call to say appointment cancelled do not use this company if they are still trading apologies for this post did not realise the circumstances hope to visit when you open again
