This is hands down the best authentic home style desi cafe/restaurant in the country. Whether you're going for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will leave super satisfied and planning what you're going to try on your next visit.Helpful to see the working kitchen as you walk in, and everything is made fresh, and you can tell. My favourite hot drink is their desi chai, which is made using the authentic process which means it has lots of flavour and is a satisfying palette cleanser at the end of your meal.Owners are friendly, professional and attentive and I am always warmly welcomed on each and every visit.My photos show my plate on two different visits, I highly recommend the omelette with plain parathas and desi chai for a breakfast meal; and the mixed thali is a wonderful selection of their fresh curries of the day.Do yourself a favour and head over and see for yourself!

If you are a breakfast person, you will be disappointed. Had halwa puri plater (£12 each) and it was below average. Puris were partially cooked and tasteless.Not worth the money, there are definitely other better places for Halwa Puri in Glasgow.

Amazing food and amazing host. We had a stopover of a day in Glasgow. Puri, paratha, keema matar is mind blowing and above all, tea is fantastic. Would recommend to everyone to walk in and enjoy the taste of food cooked like home food. Thumbs up!

I have only sat at this place once but got multiple take aways and my recently delivery experience has led me to leave this review. I had to order food for my mum and she lives quite far out, I phoned to check what was available and if they could deliver to her location. The women on the phone was extremely friendly and her customer service was spot on she explained well on what was available and when the food can be delivered. Thank you for your lovely service and I would recommend this place to anyone

On a recent visit to Glasgow from Walsall with a 4 of us in a group we were looking for a place that served desi breakfast. A Google search quickly recommended Desi Dhaba and after reading reviews decided it was worth a try.The food that we ordered was the paratha platter and halwa puri player and chai. The parathas inc the Arabian paratha was really tasty and good size as was all the other food. The tea was spot on. This could have been in Birmingham as that's how good the food was. And no the parathas were not frozen either! Great place for locals and also if you visiting from outside. Will defo come again next year after conquering Ben Nevis !

Hidden gem, I was skeptical at first due to the location but my wife reassured me that I should try the food first as she had good recommendations from friends. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. Will be back insha'Allah

Our experience at this cafe was incredible. The food was all fresh and delicious and super flavorful, the portions very generous and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The staff were exceptional - so kind and welcoming! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a warm cup of chai and a paratha.
