I went on a Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work in November 2016 and I have to say it was a really great course. Having been originally trained in the Army Cadets I found Crystal Clear made the course a lot more entertaining. The course is very hands on which provided a lot of humorous moments. I have to say I'm a little shocked to see some of reviews that have been posted. I've been on many Health & Safety courses and not only was this the best value for money but also the most fun and educational. My company booked the course, received confirmation as expected, and paid our bill on time! It would seem those having trouble aren't playing by the rules. I wouldn't be put off by some of the reviews here, I've been on too many of these courses to count and this is the best by far. Donna and her crew really made the day fun and friendly, and our company can't wait to book our refresher later this year. 5/5.

The location was easy to find, and the venue was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Brilliant teaching aids, making learning First Aid much easier. A very thorough course, taught by Jon. His knowledge, enthusiasm and gentle way of teaching was inspiring. His humour throughout made the hours fly by...I would highly recommend this company. I have attended many First Aid courses over the years, this has been the best one by far.

Attended the Emergency First Aid At Work course. Thoroughly enjoyed the day. By far the best course I have been on. Donna gave clear and precise training and made sure everyone was comfortable, included and answered all the questions asked. Really good basic life support session today. Very interactive and gave us full confidence to assess emergency situations and perform CPR in the real world. Thanks Jon :-)
