Food is so-so, which is the most important thing in a cafe... The chips had an odd taste, like the oil was too old, plus the bacon was undercooked and the eggs were too runny - only stop here if you can't make it to the Portland Cafe up the road, their food is FAR better

I often go to the star cafe and sandwich bar. It's local to me and is a very friendly and welcoming establishment. Good food at very reasonable prices. I'd recommend it to anyone.
