We have used Tobie at TNI Building Designs for our recent planning application which passed first time. Tobie was proffessional and polite and was able to sort out any request or questions I had along the way, I would highly reccommend him and will be using him again for any future plans.

We approached Toby on the recommendation of a neighbour who had had a large extension and loft conversion designed by him.We wanted to replace an existing kitchen extension with a larger one constructed using exposed natural oak framing. Toby visited us several times and listened carefully to our requirements. He designed an extension that exactly fitted our requirements. He produced all the drawings and submitted them to planning and they were passed without a hitch.
