I must say that Mr. Rajinder Rathore and Mr. Dalvinder Pardesi of Linder Myers Solicitors is not only amazing individuals, but able to accomplish feats within the Home Office that are amazing.I first met Mr. Rathore and he was polite and a gentleman and handled our personal case with the utmost care. He was even able to react to deadlines with immediate effect. He took the emotions out of the process and allowed myself and my family to think clearly at every step of the way.He even guided us on the complex nature of our case and always made sure that all of our documentation was accurate and submitted correctly.Every time I would call the office, he would always find the time to speak to me, or at the least call me back in a reasonable amount of time.If you know immigration matters then you also know that your immigration adviser also becomes your counselor for all of the stress involved.If anyone has an immigration matter that they need resolved and wants a successful resolution. Mr. Rathore is the man to do it. Highly Highly Highly recommend.I also had the pleasure to further meet Mr. Dalvinder Pardesi. He is not only knowledgeable within immigration but a credible and understanding individual with all things involving the law.He is able to respond to every scenario you can provide and provide you with every outcome that could be possible. I was privileged to be represented by Mr Rajinder Rathore of Bernard Chill & Axtell last year when the UKBA said I was not allowed to be in the country. He handled my case with delicacy

Very unprofessional. Communication just stopped just prior to a court appearance for a messy divorce leaving me to deal with the Ex's solicitor directly. Left numerous messages and was promised a call back, I was even promised the CEO would contact me. Needless to say no ever did. My advice would be to avoid this firm

Used Linder Myers as our solicitor to purchase 1st property and had a great experience. Quick, efficient communication on email and phone abd they answered all our queries. Would recommend.

Not co-operative enough

Managed to drag out a simple house sale and purchase for 5 months. We had practically zero communication from our assigned solicitor (Harvinda Sahota) and had to constantly chase to get things moving. Call backs and messages took days to receive. If you are looking for solicitors in the Southampton area I can recommend Abel’s who helped us out more on this move (solicitors for the previous move) without fee than Linder Myers did.

They did not let their clients know that they were going into liquidation

Rajinder Rathore at Linder Myers is a brilliant immigration lawyer and really knows his way around all the rules.The  advice and the high standard of service Rajinder Rathore provided is greatly appreciated. Very professional in his doings and quick to respond to my emails and calls.I would recommend him as your immigration needs.
