Terrible customer service. Mispriced item, over charged and not refunded.They had a product in the window priced at 29.99 which I purchased as a present which has now been given. I admit that i didn't pay attention to the card machine when paying but realised later that the receipt read 39.99. I have returned to the shop to let them know, they confirmed the advertised price was incorrect and the assistant manager removed the sticker from the product in the window. I went back the next day with the reciept to ask for a refund but was told 'we've got new owners and realistically the returns exchange policy doesn't exist. There is nothing I can do, it was a human error, I can't give your money back'. I was told this by the assistant manager. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

Decent shop, good selection of games and accessories, good selection of items in the window too and nice staff although there’s not that many of them, very often the same 2 or 3,I’ve been the shop a number of times and nearly always get served by the same person, a tall guy with half his arm missing.he’s always very friendly asking if you need any help, he’s knowledgeable and cool to chat with, often he’s manning the counter and sorting out the stock on the shelves as well, despite having only one arm, he’s very efficient and competentand all round good store

Trying to support local shop instead of buying on line BUT- bought a gaming mouse just before Christmas day, mouse didn't work. I lost the receipt but had a digital proof of purchase (bank and apple pay record). Came back in a week- guy said I didn't charge it properly. Went back home came back two days later (living out of town) and the guy refuses to exchange/return my money. Poor service !!!

Brilliant and friendly staff, they will always help you with what you’re looking for. One of the Assistant Managers Julian helped me find the exact game I was looking for as I’m quite clueless when it comes to the newest games! He was very helpful and friendly and will definitely shop there again!

I have had always a good experience with games once my card was playing up so I had to pay in the money I had but I was a few pounds short and these workers can tell I really wanted these things so one of them got some coins with their own money and put it in towards the stuff (I have a hidden disability that I can’t handle situations like that well) and I’ve always had a good experience! To those two staffs that helped I say thank you again!

Gavin was extremely helpful today. My brother came in to get me a headset and Division 2. Gavin was very patient and ended up saving me some money on a special edition copy. Will definitely return just for the service provided!(I have left review/feedback on gameonfeedback)

Great customer service in store. Purchased a PS4 pro bundle during Black Friday week online but one of the items sent was wrong. Had zero luck trying to sort this online, no help whatsoever. Fortunately the people in store were at hand to help and recognise this was an issue. Replaced my item without a fuss. Would recommend store to online from now on.
