Pilates and Wellness Studio : Great Eccleston

Good class, ideal for both experienced and beginners alike

My physiotherapist suggested that I start Pilates to help with a few issues. Because of my health problems she recommended that I discuss my conditions and limitations with the Pilates instructor first and have some one to one sessions before joining a class so that the instructor could make sure I was ok and could tailor the exercises to suit me if necessary. I contacted Claire and explained what the physio had said, Claire asked to me to go through my health issues with her, and then we arranged three private sessions on Zoom. Claire is always mindful of my health issues and over the three sessions has compiled a routine for me that gives me a good all over program which particularly targets my weak areas whilst always ensuring that I am comfortable. Claire has taken a lot of time to listen to my medical history so that she can work with me safely and when guiding me through new exercises always checks that I'm ok and tailors it to best suit me. I'm so glad I had the one to one sessions to get me started and now look forward to joining one of Claire's classes where I know that I will be in very safe hands.

Just had a great Zoom class with Claire. Very easy and straightforward to use and great to keep up with classes.

Great studio but due to covid, now live classes are available on zoom over the internet into your own home which is proving to be popular and very easy to use.

Claire is delivering daily Pilates (and fitness!) classes via zoom during the latest lockdown. No need to book, join in straight from the comfort of your home. There is a pilates class every weekday morning and most weekday evenings - and you can join whichever class(es) are convenient. What's not to like?

Claire is fantastic - what can I say! Supportive, understanding, funny, professional. Soooo loving the zoom lockdown classes. They are so easy to load. No worries about travel or being away from home in this covid19 time. Easy to follow Pilates and gentle exercise HIT classes. Friendly and good fun. Keeping us fit through the winter months!!
