Brilliant customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for Sam and the team. They are extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to advise on keeping your car in tip top condition. I have had no issues with them keeping one of my cars in storage. If you are looking to have your pride and joy kept in storage then you can't go wrong with these.

I recently bought a Maserati Gransport Spyder from Classicwise which they were selling on behalf of one of their customers. They were extremely facilitating, fitting me in for a viewing the same day (despite it being a Saturday), and the car was lovely and very much as described. The guys took me out for a proper, extended test drive around the excellent local B roads, which is extremely rare in my experience and made it much easier to make an informed purchasing decision.Having agreed a fair price, Sam then arranged for several jobs to be completed prior to sale and these were delivered as promised. Finally, on the day of the sale, Sam collected me from the local train station, and I found the car clean and ready to go (they'd even put some fuel in the tank, which again would be anathema to most trade sellers).All of this is to say Classicwise are easily the most professional car dealers I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They're genuine car enthusiasts with a very clear passion for their work and a wealth of knowledge behind them. I suspect I will end up using them again in the future. My thanks to the team.

Bought this beautiful '54 XK120 from Sam Fretwell at Classicwise December 2020. At the height of the lockdowns and travel advisories, working with Sam became critically important to feel assured that the car was everything it was purported to be. My trust was amply rewarded when after 7 months (due to the shipping and logistics nightmare that is now characterizing the overseas shipping process) , I finally was was able to see what I had purchased. The car is as close to flawless as can be hoped for. Runs very well. Sam also made sure the car was MOT correct and changed the starter motor which was becoming a little unreliable. Sam's team was also able to install a period bonnet strap flawlessly. I highly recommend Sam and Classicwise for their professional approach and honestly representing the car, making remote car buying much less difficult.

Sam was kind enough to allow me to view the car at short notice, before it had been checked over and prepared for sale; as it was exactly the colour and specification I had been looking for. Sam and Tom walked me through the car at a leisurely pace, listing the issues that needed attention and even allowed me to take the car out on my own for a test drive (note this was before national lockdown). Once the car had been serviced, prepared and the faults addressed, Sam delivered it and it looked stunning as it was unloaded.I had one issue, not Classicwise's fault, that manifested itself when I first filled up with fuel. Without hesitation, Sam dispatched an engineer to my home the next day to resolve the problem. Service in my opinion that was well above and beyond....The car is an absolute joy to drive and is everything I expected.Sam and his team are very customer focused and I am certain that if I need anything in future Sam and Clasicwise will be there for me.It was a pleasure dealing with Sam and I would happily buy another classic through Classicwise and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone considering using their services."

Wow, just wow! My new car hadn't been washed since I collected it 3 months ago - and it showed. So, having followed 'Classicwise' on Facebook - due to my interest in the wonderful cars they stock, I decided to ask if 'The Detail Room' could accommodate a safe wash at short notice; the response was prompt and positive, and I took my car the following morning. Easy to find, although moving premises soon, Chris met and welcomed me before discussing my needs. Supported by Ellie, Chris set to and undertook the most 'safe' wash I've seen with great care and attention to detail. Be assured, this isn't the 10 minute pressure wash followed by a 'hand wash' with a well used sponge then a quick wipe with a soggy chamois: instead, expect an hour or so of quality work! Not only are Chris and Ellie enthusiastic and careful but also knowledgeable and talented. I, for one, will be a repeat customer - safe in the knowledge that my car will be in the hands of experts. For now, it looks better than the day I collected it from a Ford main dealer in June.

Just signed a contract with Sam at Classicwise to store my car. What a pleasure it was dealing with both Sam and Chris during the process. The facility is brilliant and the service so far has been quite outstanding. absolute pleasure dealing with these guys and I just know my pride and joy will get as much love as if it was at my own house!! brilliant stuff chaps keep up the excellent work!
