The best car buying experience I have had to date. They were friendly, professional, everything was clearly explained, and their knowledge of the car I was buying was excellent. There were no hidden fees sprung on me, and I feel confident that if any problems arise they’ll sort it out. They were very honest when there was a delay in handover when they found a minor engine error code, and got it fixed very quickly. It inspired confidence in their diligence of vehicle checking. I will definitely be coming back to them for future business.

Sales team are useless. Filled in their online contact form via Autotrader for them to contact me regarding a car I want to buy from them. Heard nothing so have now telephoned them. Selected to go through to sales, but phone just rings and rings with no answer. Obviously doing so well that they don’t need any sales. Thanks for wasting my time.

Quick and easy process from ordering to handover. All of it done more or less online now, from signing order forms and finance agreements etc. Infact the only time I ever visit the showroom was to actually collect the vehicle (I had test drove one previously).All in a all a great service, and would recommend JCT600 for anyone thinking of buying their next vehicle.

Collected my new car yesterday from Andrew at Bradford Mazda, the welcome was warm and friendly despite the freezing weather. The car was prepared and ready to go. The handover was done at my pace and everything explained to my satisfaction. Big thanks to all the team, I will definitely be recommending and will be back to change in the future.
