The service department here is ran by complete muppets!!.Go elsewhere they are totally incompetent!.Bought a new man van 2022,had to deal with service department 3 times.1st time .Booked van in ,so we dropped it off night before only for them to ring me to say part did not arrive, come collect and rebook in2nd timeDropped off van told them I needed van for work next day so had to be back by 8 pm,had to ring them 11pm to find out what's happening only to be told its booked in for 8 am next day to have work done.3 time we'd 25/10Wife booked van in for warranty work,dropped if off 530 pm told them I needed van back 8-9pm as I need van for work next day.had no call by 845pm so chased them up only to be told its booked I for nightshift.Does anybody working here know what they are doing, the place is an absolute joke!.Eventually got work carried out to mechanism on sliding side door,aparantly they replaced parts ,only for 2 wks later the problem arises again, not good on a £33k van just over 1 Yr old,problem been present from new.Booked in for repair again only for them to cancel as 4 members of staff went sick,probably sick of bodging up vans !!
