What an amazing team. I wanted a new car and had been referred to Sandicliffe by a friend. I initially discussed my wants and needs with Phil and he was extremely helpful and guided me through the various options and costs. Danny then took over and was also extremely professional and helpful. There was nay a hint of pressure to agree anything and no hard sell/close. They all made the experience an extremely pleasant one.I would recommend the team to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Took delivery of my new Ford kuga Friday 24th September. Ordered June so not too long. Great service from Aaron from start to finish. Great trade in value re my previous car purchased April 2017. Only down £400 !!!. Second hand car valuations has increased since semiconductors are not readily available. Ford provided a deposit to my new car £2250 plus my part ex, my deposit £850 I drove away with a great finance deal over 3yrs. No monthly repayments. Thanks Aaron/Ford.

Love this place, you won't meet nicer staff anywhere else in Notts and the cars are gorgeous too.

Very unimpressed with communication having had car in at Sandicliffe with service. Informed car was ready to pick up at 440pm or so on day of service, my fiancé agreed would collect next day. Later that night, video from service came through showing that brake fluid needed replacing which hadn't been discussed with us. Agreed the next day would fix this for us the following day. Upon finally getting car home and reviewing written service report, this indicated that rear brake pads also needed urgent action". Why was this also not mentioned to us and work discussed to be carried out? Called this morning about 9am to discuss and assured would quickly get call back but heard nothing. Will not use again. As family with young baby

I had my car serviced at Sandicliffe and, as always, I was impressed and very pleased with the service I received, from the initial booking through to getting my car back fully serviced. I found everyone I spoke to on the phone or in person to be very helpful and friendly. I felt valued and respected as a customer. Sandicliffe took the trouble to contact me shortly before the scheduled date to go through the arrangements and double check everything - what the service included, extras I had requested, prices - and I was given a choice of dates and times. Waiting on site while the car was being dealt with was fine, with free coffee and socially distanced seating, all covid precautions were carefully observed by everyone. I also received a report and video with details of the Vehicle Health Check so I know what to think about with regard to future maintenance such as tyres and brakes. Excellent customer service!

I was interested in a vehicle at this company. I made a telephone enquiry and arranged to see it the following week. I then telephoned the day before I was due to go and see it and the salesman said ' I will check it's ready and call you back within the hour' . Never called back. All I can say is, Poor, pi** poor.
