Our experience has been the same as a previous poster, 38 Monkey. I would not recommend this service for personal house works.We were initially very pleased with Morgan's quick response when we needed someone to fix our water tank. Prior to the job, Morgan's communications were speedy and helpful. However, a few weeks after the installation, we chased him for the follow up job that he’d promised (and completion of a small job). They booked us in after we chased, then moved the work, then cancelled on the day. It’s now two months since the works happened and our numerous texts, emails and phone calls which were all very polite have been mostly ignored. I'm sad that someone we initially felt so pleased to have found has let us down.

We had a problem with the flush mechanism in the only toilet in my 90 year old mother in law's apartment. We only waited 45 minutes until a plumber arrived to see what the issue was. Ben then came an hour or so later with the new parts. Problem solved. Couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

Filled in the contact form on their own website, complete with my email and mobile number, and full details of the problem. Despite the page saying someone from their team will get back to you in 1 working day, I heard nothing whatsoever by phone or email.If they're too busy, or didn't want the small job I was offering then fair enough, but at least be courteous enough to a potential customer to reply to them.I've read similar reviews on here where their reply was to claim they never received the message. Well, mine was submitted correctly, all the details were correct and the website confirmed it had been sent.Very poor, very unprofessional. Nothing much worse than a lack of communication from a company asking for your business.

Responded faster than any plumber I've experienced. (Literally were at my house within 10 minutes of calling). Problem with Hot Water correctly diagnosed and fixed the next day.Just atypical in a very good way.

Morgan replaced all out radiator valves and serviced the boiler. Helpful, polite and at a great price! Very impressed with the work.Highly recommend.

Great work as always. Called in to do a radiator purge. Listened to the actual issue and then fixed that rather than charging for something which wouldn't have fixed the problem.Oh, and my son loves the rubber ducks.

Morgan fitted my new boiler, 6 years ago, with a 10 year warranty. Best price out of all we contacted and great fitting and service. Since then he has done the annual warranty service without issue, boiler has never broken down. He has been out for other plumbing and gas related jobs..all done well and always responds to our requests. He even recommended a plasterer that we have usedA very highly recommended contractor..not to mention a really nice guy
