I recommend you stay clear of this place with in one hour of having this vehicle the engine management light was on its been back twice still has the same faults keep getting told rubbish. I also checked the MOT on the vehicle they did it failed on three items guess whot when I got it home with a new MOT the three faults hadn't been done . I told Mr boss man I was going to write this I am very disappointed and discussed he told me to trust him . Don't come back and say I've got the wrong company.

Absolute Joke of a company , Flywheel vibrating through clutch pedal and clutch also slipping within 3 days of having the car , told its normal all old vauxhalls do it , Ironically I work on them , also has a terrifying brake judder and now EGR valve has failed causing a lack of powerWe come to an agreement they'd cover the money to fix it I'd fit the parts , never received the money they contacted the warranty company in my name with a cheaper quote for poor quality parts to be fitted, they also contacted the finance company in my name raising a complaintAvoid at all costs!Update 10/08/23: They accepted rejection of the vehicle and are now saying there's no fault with the clutch at all even though 2 garages have stated otherwise and now trying to blame me for existing damage

Bought a dacia duster from these few months ago only had one issue with the radio screen being irresponsive, they ask to bring the car back and was able to fix it within a few hours. Garage with a peace of mind

Good selection of cars and good customer service. I didn't buy from here in the end, but would definitely go back. They seem to regularly get new cars so it's worth keeping an eye open on their ads. The guy who took me for a test drive was very helpful.

I bought a car on 7th July 2023. I had to take it back after 2 days as key fob was not working. This was replaced without issue. I also then had battery failure after driving this for only 5 weeks. Auto House agreed to help with the cost towards the battery. This was so appreciated. Excellent customer service and understanding. Very easy to deal with. Bought my first car from these it was a Vauxhall Corsa, few days later I had an issue with the starter motor. They asked to bring the car in, offered me a courtesy car which I declined as I wasn’t in a hurry. Within a few days they was able to sort out the car and fix the problem perfectly. Great service compared to other dealers.
