We had to unblock our drain.Such a professional service. They came out on short notice and were incredibly polite and respectful. Maintained communication throughout any delays. Everything was transparent and clear from the start. The engineer (James) also gave us plenty of information on how to look after the drain for the future. Will most definitely be using this service again!

I found FS Drainage through Local Heroes. They came within 20 minutes of the call and resolved a longstanding leak issue (which turned out to be a blocked drain) and also fixed a tap. Everything was done well and prices were as quoted on the phone. Recommended

Sent this company to deal with a serious blockage further down the pipework, Id already had a manual unblock which resulted in a back up from the washer but a sink that flowed. They werre informed of the job in writing and over the phone that this had already been unblocked manually but was further down. Their hourly rate is £180 its extortionate and this wasnt a same day job. They were there just an hour and proceeded to tell me the pipes need cutting and builder are needed and then they will come back when its cut. An absolute waste of time and money doing a job thats already done. Im an agent with hundreds of properties and im afraid these people are not professional its extortionate rates for nothing. I wouldnt have minded paying 2 hours if the job was done but it was left worse than it was and the same problem. I dont reccomend them

I have used this company several times as manage a portfolio of properties. FS Drainage are super reliable, reasonably priced and transparent with their pricing. Engineers always turn up smart and on time and are super professional. I couldn't recommend this company enough

I called FS Drainage regarding my toilet and shower backing up with sewage after having called an independent contractor initially who failed to fix the problem.The team were great over the course of two visits (initial visit deemed a plumber was needed) with fair and transparent pricing and looking to resolve the issue rather than add costs.They communicated well about the problem and solutions to rectify, were polite, friendly and left the place clean afterwards.The back office staff communicated well on the phone when setting up the visits and communicating on any delays.Highly recommend and refreshing to see a company operate with integrity and haste.
