Ordered 3 kits all including various sizes. Very helpful and good communication via email when picking styles and discussing availability. All arrived within 3 weeks from first enquiry with sponsor printed as agreed and in perfect condition. Will use again for sure.

Sam and Mike super helpful and guided us through what we needed.I am puzzled by the bad reviews on here, maybe Covid supply chain issues?... anyway ... it works really well for us and we will be back.

I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering some socks for our hockey team from this company. Ordered in November and we are still waiting for the complete order (some were dispatched straightaway). Despite trying to contact them on numerous occasions via email, phone, WhatsApp and Facebook they rarely reply and when they do they state the order should be with me by the next week. It's now been over 4 months! Shocking lack of customer service. I will continue to fight to try to get the complete order, but will never order from them again. Steer clear!

Ignore the good reviews on here! No option for zero stars but that’s where they belongMy experience:Placed order. Took my money. Thank you confirmation email. Did not send item. Has not responded to three emails and phone calls! 6 months later still trying to chase a refund.

Disgusting service 5 weeks on and haven’t received my order they ignore the emails and the phone number goes to a voice mail which no one replies to. Would certainly avoid in future

Edited.After being happy with the speed and service received on my first order, made a second, smaller order. Initially, communication was great and the items requested were confirmed and ordered. Almost 7 weeks later and I have been unable to contact on the phone and have had no response from any messages or emails.

A proper scam company! totally ignoring calls and emails, it’s been over a month and no update on my order!
